You will make your own pizza from scratch. That means, you will get your hands all sticky kneading your own pizza base. You will then top it with your favourite toppings, and bake it to perfection. While your pizza is in the oven, you will whip up a batch of brownies to have as dessert.
I Can make a Cartoon Cake - 17 March
You will start the session by baking a deliciously moist chocolate cake. You will then cover it in cream and design it with your favourite cartoon character. We will teach you how to trace your character and colour it in with piping jelly. You will then add the final touches by using simple decorating techniques and decorative elements.
I Can Bake Chantilly Cake
Learn to make a light vanilla sponge cake and layer it with cream and fruits. We will teach you how to make a sponge cake without the use of improvers or sponge cake mixes, and guess what, it is child’s play.
Princess Doll Cake
The class everyone has been waiting for is finally here. Create your own princess doll cake. You will start by baking a pound cake. You will then layer and fill the cake to shape the doll’s dress. Think of your dream princess dress and design it out of fondant to dress your doll ready for a ball.

Mini Fondant Cakes
Participants in this workshop will start off by whisking up a fragrant passion fruit cake. They will then layer it and cut it into tiered mini cakes. Then the real fun starts. They will colour their fondant, roll it and cover their cakes. They will also learn a few simple decorative elements to make using fondant.

Canape Making Workshop

In this workshop you will be taught how to prepare the toppings for canapés and how to assemble canapés attractively. Chicken Master Class
In this class you will learn techniques to prepare and cook chicken like an expert. You will start with a whole fresh chicken and learn how to portion (joint) the chicken so that you can get cuts of meat that can be used in various chicken dishes.
